Stephen Munford is a real estate deal-maker and investment strategist, with a proven track record in commercial real estate acquisitions, tenant improvement projects, and investment growth. As the Founder and Principal Broker of Sovereign Realty Holdings, he helps clients acquire, manage, and maximize real estate assets—specializing in multifamily housing, mobile home parks, and retail shopping centers.

Stephen’s career began with Agora Realty and Management, where he played a crucial role in the firm’s first major shopping center acquisition, growing its value from $13 million to over $40 million. That success helped Agora establish a $300 million retail shopping center portfolio, and Stephen used his local government connections to help expand their presence in North Las Vegas.

Beyond Agora, Stephen has worked with major real estate investors, developers, and asset managers, helping to increase profitability, streamline operations, and enhance tenant satisfaction. His extensive experience in property management includes negotiating leases with tenants, executing and arranging evictions, rent collections, handling tenants who were habitually late on rent payments, and arranging payment plans for delinquent renters. He has also led marketing efforts to attract new tenants, managed relationships with local government and municipality planning departments, and handled vendor negotiations—including hiring and setting fees for groundskeepers, security companies, and construction contractors.

But real estate is just one part of Stephen’s expertise. As the founder of Munford Professional Services (MunfordCo), he sourced and managed over $105 million in government contracts in under two years, proving his ability to navigate high-stakes negotiations and close major deals. His business acumen extends to government affairs, supplier relations, and strategic investment planning, making him a valuable resource for clients looking to expand their real estate portfolios.

Stephen is also passionate about economic development and small business advocacy. He serves as a committee member for the Nevada Minority Supplier Development Council, working to create opportunities for minority-owned businesses across the state.

Outside of his professional achievements, Stephen takes great pride in his family life. He has been married to Kim Anderson-Munford for 30 years, and together they have two sons, Jonathan and Montana. His dedication to building generational wealth and fostering strong communities is a driving force behind his work.
