With nearly two decades of experience in commercial real estate, our firm offers deep expertise across multifamily housing, mobile home communities, and retail shopping centers. Our founder and principal broker has played a key role in building high-value portfolios — including growing a major retail acquisition from $13 million to over $40 million in value, contributing to the foundation of a $300 million shopping center portfolio for one of the region’s largest commercial developers. Our team’s insight and connections with local municipalities continue to benefit clients navigating development approvals, entitlement challenges, and zoning complexity.

About Stephen Munford-Broker
Broker-Stephen Munford
Stephen Munford is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in Southern Nevada in both residential and commercial real estate. Stephen has personally managed a $300 million commercial real estate portfolio in the Las Vegas market. Stephen understands business owners, because has owned his own businesses. I last biggest business venture was in government contracting making millions of dollars for his firm and partners. Most recently Stephen sat as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Las Vegas. He has experience in understanding and helping his clients in understanding community master planning, zoning, entitlements and land use.
He is an enrolled member of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes and was proudly raised on the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in Montana. Beyond his work in real estate, Stephen is deeply rooted in family and community. He has been married to Kim Anderson-Munford for over 30 years, and together they have two grown sons, Montana and Jonathan Munford.
